Terms of Use (Launch-Stage)

This is a launch-stage operational document, not formal legal advice. It describes the current terms under which ForgeAI Level 0 is made available during early access.

Service scope

ForgeAI Level 0 provides evidence-driven repository analysis, planning, and approval-gated repair execution as described on our Features and Security pages.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right and authorization to grant ForgeAI access to any repository you connect, and for reviewing proposed changes before approval.

Repository modifications only occur after your explicit, proposal-bound approval and authorization.

No guarantee of error-free results

ForgeAI performs deterministic, evidence-backed analysis and verification, but does not guarantee error-free or complete repairs. Verification and evidence reflect what was actually checked and executed, and have inherent scope limitations.

Payment and subscriptions

Where commercial plans are available, payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ForgeAI only for lawful purposes and only against repositories you are authorized to modify.

Limitation of liability

As a launch-stage service, ForgeAI is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenroth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment where applicable, or as part of early-access cohort management, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
