This is a launch-stage operational policy, not a substitute for legal advice. It describes current Level 0 data handling in plain terms and will be updated as ForgeAI evolves.
Information we process
Account and contact information you provide (such as email address) to operate early access, licensing, and support.
Repository and code data you explicitly authorize ForgeAI to access is processed only to plan, verify, and, upon your explicit approval, apply repository changes.
Operational and security logs (such as mission and execution telemetry) are retained to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Payment processing
Where commercial checkout is available, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Razorpay). ForgeAI does not store your full payment card details.
Data sale
We do not sell your personal data.
